The ReBuild Clinical Team

ReBuild is built by three clinicians who have spent their careers at the intersection of neuroscience, psilocybin-assisted therapy, and behavioral transformation. Together they developed the STRT Model and the ReBuild program as a direct response to the limitations of conventional approaches.

Dr. Martin Kaufmann, PhD, LPC-S

Dr. Martin Kaufmann

PhD  ·  LPC-S  ·  Neurotherapist

Dr. Martin Kaufmann is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Neurotherapist, and Adjunct Faculty member at Colorado Christian University. His clinical career has been defined by a sustained commitment to understanding the deeper architecture of human behavior, the underlying operating systems that produce tendencies, and to developing systems capable of producing change that is both rapid and lasting.

The STRT Model represents the culmination of Dr. Kaufmann's clinical research and practice. An original, proprietary methodology that integrates neuroscience, psilocybin-assisted therapy, the Enneagram, and the most clinically rigorous elements of modern therapeutic practice into a unified system. STRT is not derived from any single existing model. It is a new framework, developed to address the limitations of conventional approaches and to make transformation predictable rather than incidental.

Through ReBuild, Dr. Kaufmann brings the STRT Model into direct clinical application, offering individuals a structured, intensive, and measurable path to genuine transformation. His work is grounded in the conviction that meaningful change should be verifiable, that the brain and body are central to that process, and that the right system, applied with clinical precision, can compress years of work into days.

Eli Varney

LPC  ·  Serving Colorado Since 2015  ·  U.S. Army Veteran

Eli Varney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been serving clients in Colorado since 2015. His work is rooted in helping individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their lived experiences, and how those experiences shape their current patterns, relationships, and sense of purpose. He believes meaningful change begins with awareness — and from that awareness, individuals can begin to move forward with clarity, intention, and direction.

In addition to his clinical work, Eli is a U.S. Army Veteran with over 20 years of service and multiple deployments. His military background deeply informs his work, particularly in understanding trauma, identity, and the transition from survival-based living to purposeful living. Having completed Ranger School and the Sapper Leader Course, he brings a level of discipline, resilience, and real-world perspective that resonates with individuals who have faced high-stress or high-performance environments.

Eli specializes in trauma, anxiety, and depression, utilizing an integrative approach that includes EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based modalities. His work focuses on helping clients process unresolved experiences, regulate their nervous system, and develop a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

Through his work with ReBuild, Eli is committed to providing a structured and immersive healing experience that goes beyond traditional therapy — helping individuals break out of stuck patterns, rediscover meaning and purpose, and intentionally design the next phase of their lives.

Josh Hudnall

20+ Years in Recovery, Treatment & Transformation  ·  Former Pro Athlete

Josh Hudnall has spent more than two decades helping people rebuild their lives and step into purpose. A former professional baseball player drafted out of high school, Josh played for five years before retiring. He later pursued college football at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where a career-ending injury at 25 dramatically shifted the course of his life — a turning point he now recognizes as the beginning of his true calling.

That turning point led him into recovery through Celebrate Recovery, and from that experience grew a lifelong commitment to creating environments where people can heal and grow. Known to many as “the coach,” Josh brings both accountability and deep encouragement to those he serves — drawing on his athletic background and personal journey to connect with and motivate others in ways that few clinicians can.

Josh has gone on to lead one of the largest recovery meetings in the country and is the founder of Awaken514, a network of recovery homes that have served more than 70 men. He also built and owns The Carpenter Shed, a nationally recognized treatment center for adolescent boys ages 16–20, and serves as Program Director for Compass Integrative Recovery.

A certified life coach currently completing his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Josh is passionate above all else about seeing people win — helping them discover their identity, purpose, and a new way forward. Through ReBuild, he brings that same conviction to a clinical model designed to help individuals restore their lives from the ground up.
